Welcoming New Students
At our core, we believe every lesson should be both enjoyable and impactful for your child. To make this happen, we take time at the start to ensure we’re the right fit and can create a plan that truly supports your child’s learning journey.

The assessment, learning plan, assessment report, matching your child with the best tutor, and administration fee will be billed as a non-refundable one-time fee of $141.25 (includes HST) at the time of registration.
Stage 1: The Assessment
We begin with a short, friendly assessment to get a clear picture of your child’s strengths and areas for growth.
The assessment is 30 minutes for online 1:1 students.
For Kelly's Reading Club in-person students, the assessment takes place during the first class.
Step 2: Assessment Report & Learning Plan
You’ll receive a clear, easy-to-read report that explains what we found. From there, we create a personalized learning plan with specific goals, strategies, and activities tailored to your child’s needs.
Step 3: Tutor Match
Finally, we pair your child with one of our amazing tutors—the right person to encourage, support, and inspire them every step of the way.
